Halfway through 2019 I picked up a (new to me) Canon A1 film camera and it rolled around in the floor of my Jeep for a few months with a roll of expired Kodak Portra VC in it. This was one of the shots I snapped one afternoon while leaving Padre Island under the JFK Causeway bridge. This was the first roll I ran through the camera and led me to discover that it had a few light leaks that gave my shots a little vintage flair.
Bait stands have a tradition of flying colored flags that indicate what kinds of bait they have available - in this case, Clem's Marina had Live Shrimp, Live Croaker, Live Perch, and Mud Minnows. Clem's happens to be the place we usually take our little guy when we're looking to go fishing at dusk.
